How to make "vibin'" drum pattern?

Step 1: Place bass drum on beats 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 11, 14.
Step 2: Place snare drum on beats 1, 2, 5, 10, 13 (syncopated pattern with backbeat).
Step 3: Place closed hi-hat on beats 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16.
Step 4: Place open hi-hat on beats 3, 7, 11, 15 (eighth notes on the 'and' of each beat).
Step 5: Place low conga on beat 3.
Step 6: Place mid conga on beat 4.
Step 7: Place high conga on beats 2, 10, 13.
Step 8: Place maraca on beats 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 (eighth notes).
