How to make "tintin" drum pattern?

Step 1: Place bass drum on beat 15.
Step 2: Place snare drum on beats 3, 5, 8, 9, 16.
Step 3: Place closed hi-hat on beats 7, 15.
Step 4: Place open hi-hat on beats 7, 16.
Step 5: Place cymbal on beats 7, 15.
Step 6: Place cowbell on beat 16.
Step 7: Place maraca on beats 2, 4, 10, 12, 15.
Step 8: Place clave on beat 16.
Step 9: Place high conga on beat 15.
Step 10: Place mid conga on beats 6, 8, 11, 13, 14, 16.
Step 11: Place low conga on beat 15.
