Step 1: Place bass drum on beats 1, 7, 9.
Step 2: Place snare drum on beats 4, 13.
Step 3: Place closed hi-hat on beats 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16.
Step 4: Place open hi-hat on beat 12.
Step 5: Place low conga on beats 7, 11.
